- Driveway parking ONLY. We can accommodate up to 4 cars and the 4th may need to be parked at an angle. Absolutely NO street parking as it is NOT allowed in Sunriver. Street parking will result in a fine or towing. - No smoking inside the house, garage, hot tub - Absolutely no pets allowed. This property is regularly used by individuals with animal allergies. $1,000.00 charge if guest brings a pet. - Be respectful of neighbors as the community includes both vacation homes and full time residents. - Guests will be held liable for any damage that occurs at the house. - By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their use of the bunk beds and hot tub. Guests agree to use these amenities at their own risk and release the host from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur. The host shall not be held responsible for any harm resulting from the use or misuse of these facilities. Children are not allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision. Use of the hot tub is restricted to guests aged 6 and older and must be accompanied by adult supervision.
