No smoking inside the house, garage, hot tub or sauna Absolutely no pets allowed. $1,000.00 charge if guest brings a pet. PLEASE do not use the indoor fire places, they are not operational (living room or master). Be respectful of neighbors as the community includes both vacation homes and full time residents. Some neighbors are VERY strict with the 10pm quiet hours. Guests will be held liable for any damage that occurs at the house. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their use of the bunk beds, hot tub, and sauna. Guests agree to use these amenities at their own risk and release the host from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur. The host shall not be held responsible for any harm resulting from the use or misuse of these facilities. Children are not allowed in the hot tub or sauna without adult supervision. Use of the hot tub and sauna is restricted to guests aged 6 and older and must be accompanied by adult supervision.

Absolutely No Pets Allowed. 4-Wheel Drive, All-Wheel Drive, Traction Tires and/or Tire chains are encouraged to access the house during the snowy winter months. The house is located at 2,100' elevation and is susceptible to some snow in winters and possibly wild fires/smoke during fire season. It is highly encouraged to get travel insurance in the case of cancellation due to natural weather events. Refunds are only issued for mandatory government evacuations. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond control. Please make sure to book travel insurance if this is a concern. House shall respect and abide by County’s noise control ordinance standards (Clackamas County Code Chapter 6.05). Clackamas County Parking Ordinance: In no event shall vehicles block access for emergency vehicles, block access to the premise, block a parked motor vehicle, or otherwise park in a manner that violates the County’s current parking and towing ordinance standards (Clackamas County Code Chapter 7.01). Violation of this section may subject the offending vehicle to immediate tow pursuant to ORS 98.853. STR Registration #1295-26
